Amanda Thompson has over 7 successful years of experience in leading strategic online recruitment plans for companies of all sizes and industries.  Amanda spent 6.5 years as a National account Manager at Monster.com before making the move to Bayard Advertising in 2012 where she is Vice President of Client Strategy.  She is an outstanding communicator, team-oriented leader, and motivator with the ability to identify, recommend, and implement recruitment process improvement changes at all levels.  She has a knack for building and cultivating business relationships, and now enjoys the freedom of working for an agency that provides true customized recruitment solutions.  It's a digital world, and it is her goal to keep clients up to date on the latest offerings in employer brand strategy, recruitment media, social media, SEO/SEM, mobile and video.
