Michael is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing COE at US Renal Care.  He is known for turning Recruiting Teams into Superheroes, Building and Designing Talent Acquisition & Sourcing COEs, streamlining processes, improving recruiter production, and providing data to tell the story.  He is a National Conference Speaker - RecFest, SourceCon, & TalentNet Live and DFWTRN Board Member!

I am originally from Charleston, SC, and now I have adopted Dallas, Texas as my home and when I need a break from the real world, I swim, read about history, and passionately follow Georgia Bulldog Football.
