Shally Steckerl is the Founder of the Sourcing Institute Foundation, a 501(c)(3) dedicated providing sourcing & recruiting education to marginalized communities such as disabled individuals, military veterans, spouses of active military, and returning citizens.

Currently Shally serves as Global Head of Talent Sourcing and People Analytics at an 11 year old $2 Billion dollar tech unicorn where he has the honor and pleasure of acting in the capacity of chief talent sourcing advisor and recruitment transformation leader with a group of very talented, passionate and dedicated people on a mission to disrupt how consumers shop online. 

Quirky and introverted, Shally is creative, humorous and loves to share his passion for Talent Sourcing and Recruiting with those willing to return the favor.
