Topic: Intentionality – How to bring real Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to your Company.

All organizations and companies have written policies that prohibit discrimination and several have diversity committees. However, when intentionality is not within the organizational cultures, real diversity, equity or inclusion does not materialize into tangible results. We must move past words and tasks to intentional action!
