Amber Colwell

Amber is a Director of Staffing at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma where she leads the recruiting team in Durant for IT and Choctaw Casino and Resort including food and beverage. Amber started her career with Choctaw 10 years ago working on the floor as a Marketing Coordinator. She quickly moved to HR then found her passion in Recruiting. She managed the Durant Team through an expansion, hiring more than 4k people in one year during a pandemic in an applicant’s market.

Tanya Impson

Tanya is currently a Director of Staffing with Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, leading a team of 20 who place approximately 4,000+ per year. Tanya’s team recruits for a broad spectrum of positions from entry level to specialized roles within Education, Food & Beverage, Gaming, Healthcare, Judicial, Legal, Agriculture and Retail—her team hires for a sovereign Nation. Tanya has 15+ years HR experience and is a proud Choctaw Nation tribal member.
