I have an extensive background recruiting early career talent and Experienced talent in technology for corporate opportunities. I’m also known to have a healthy Social Media addiction with an appetite for new information. I’m a D&I champion and giving insights into the art of interviewing and guiding early career candidates. Best known for my storytelling to coach people through their new journey. I’m known to students on campus and to many as “The Intern Guy “

Gabby Woods

I’ve always been passionate about helping people. I was able to supplement my passion for people by specializing in Organizational Psychology in my master’s program at USC.  From my time recruiting in the computer software industry, I have learned how to interview candidates, teach assessors how to evaluate talent, conduct market research, manage durable programs, and develop innovative strategies to recruit diverse talent. Some of my proudest accomplishments are creating programs to develop critical skills of the future for university and high school students such as Intuit’s first HBCU Design Mentorship Program and co-creating Intuit’s first HBCU Sales Competition.
