Trish is a Research Associate (Sourcer) for Fidelis Companies specializing in executive search and contingency staffing for the semiconductor engineering, biopharmaceutical, ERP and EMR industries. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and currently resides in the Dallas, Texas area. She currently holds an associate's degree in Culinary Arts with certifications in baking. Additionally, she is pursuing degrees in Computer Systems Database Development and Business Administration. Prior to joining Fidelis Companies in 2011 Trish spent eight (8) years in the Air Force, serving state-side and international, and has prior experience in the aviation, mortgage and medical practice management industries. During her free time Trish is an independent resume writer/career counselor and enjoys watching movies with her two cats.

Immediately after she graduated from Texas Tech University, Sara began her recruiting career with one of the largest privately held staffing agencies in the United States. Later, Sara transitioned to a Field Recruiter role for one of the largest beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, where she recruited for the Memphis/Little Rock, West Texas, and Dallas/Fort Worth Market Units. For the past five years, Sara has specialized in HR and Talent Acquisition Recruitment at High Profile Staffing. In addition to her 13 years of experience, Sara has her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) and CSP certifications and serves on our board. Her passion is helping people see their true potential!

Michael is a 20-year veteran on all things Talent Acquisition – research, roadmaps, technology assessments, implementations, creative job postings, and candidate experience. A strategic talent acquisition leader, Michael has proven experience shaking up ordinary recruiting for start-up organizations to $1B national organizations such as Insight, Freeman, American Heart Association. Michael attained his MBA from the University of Dallas in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Georgia. Michael has held many leadership roles in the community volunteering both for the American Heart Association and Habitat for Humanity.
