Creating Candidate Micro-Moments That Matter - What can we learn from the 50+ years of customer experience research? Turns out, Bentley, Cartier, Ritz Carlton, and thousands of other luxury brands know how to create a bespoke dazzling experience for each customer that comes through the front door. How is that? More to the point, as sourcers & recruiters, what can we borrow to create wonderful candidate experiences for those that apply to our jobs? The presentation and subsequent discussion will do two things (1) model a candidate journey, and (2) give specific advice on how to create micro experiences for your candidates. The goal of our time together is simple - let's make sure candidates know where they are in the process and what the next steps look like for them (and why). Basically, candidates shouldn't be surprised by anything we do (and vice versa). Let’s move past that broad discussion of “candidate experience” and start talking about the tiny decisions that make up said experience. It will be a conversation that you won’t want to miss.
