Obi believes that it is not only possible to avoid the unnecessary cycles of presenting several candidates for interview who are rejected either because the job description was misunderstood or the candidate screening process was ineffective, or a combination of both, but to also systematically increase the rate of success in matching candidates to technical jobs by effective performing Technical Screening. In this session, Obi will be presenting the steps for Technical Screening which starts with:
