Bio:

Ann Wilkerson is the Training Director for ERE and SourceCon. She has been an integral part of launching ERE’s training services over the past two years. With 14-years of industry experience, Ann has worked with companies, from large global Fortune 100 to small start-ups, to advance their recruiting capabilities and results. In helping companies to overcome their recruiting challenges, she has earned many awards, including President’s Club and National Accounts Representative of the Year. Along with her SourceCon Academy and Talent Advisor certificates, Ann is a Charter Member of ATAP, a member of the D/FW Texas Recruiter’s Network, and actively participates in recruiting events across the globe.
