Recruiting and Social Media (The new way to recruit)

  • What is our job as recruiters?
  • How can we use social media to boost our productivity and increase our speed to hire?
  • Where should I post? (social media site)
  • What should I post? (text, video, pictures)
  • When should I post? (best times with the most traffic)
  • The recruiting call to action (never leave recruit hanging or having the go the long way around to get to you)
