DFWTRN welcomes Rob Radcliff June 3rd of Weinstein Radcliff!
Rob Radcliff is a non-compete and trade-secret lawyer with Weinstein Radcliff in Dallas, Texas. As part of his practice he has represented recruiters in non-compete disputes and fee disputes. Rob returns to DFTWRN to provide an update on all things in the world of Texas non-competes and other post-employment restrictions as well as the interplay of social media in these types of cases. He will also provide some legal do and don’ts for recruiters.
Rob represents businesses and individuals throughout the State of Texas from trial through appeal. He frequently writes (www.smoothtransitionslawblog.com) and speaks about employment transition issues including non-compete agreements. Rob has handled trials and injunction proceedings on behalf of placement professionals in non-compete and fee disputes.
He is a graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law and the University of Utah. Rob has been elected a Texas Rising Star since 2006 and was a contributing author to “Think Before You Click: Strategies for Managing Social Media in the Workplace”.
