Lainey Strohm is a Motivational Speaker and will present on “A (34.74 hour) Day in the Life of a Recruiter”!

Currently Lainey is working at the The Hula Whisperer, building and balancing perspectives of top Fortune 500 managers and executives using an energetic approach to networking, sales, and growth to motivate all levels of individuals to set and reach their goals!

Lainey will discuss the busy life in a recruiters day including: It's not WHAT you do… but HOW you do it!, What is "IT" anyway, We work to live, not vice versa and how to integrate work, home, life (aging parents, kids, church... STUFF)!

• Tips on How to succeed @ work as well as home because "balance" doesn't truly exist, even in the solar system!
