DFWTRN welcomes Craig Fisher speaking on: Content Sharing for Talent Attraction, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more!
Sponsored by BULLHORN!
In this presentation, Craig shows recruiters how to look legitimate and attractive to job candidates by avoiding the job-spamming mistake, and, instead, sharing great content across various media that attracts talent and positions you and your organization as thought leaders and helpful resources.
Sharing great resources shows job candidates that you will do more for them than just clog up their feed with job postings. It shows that you are helpful, smart, and worth working with. It can also give the candidate a great glimpse of what it’s like to work with your organization. First impressions can make the all the difference. Look legit when candidates check you out!! Say no to job spamming and yes to being a smart, helpful resource people want to work with.
This presentation includes great tips for building targeted candidate pools on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
