DFWTRN welcomes Tom Lott the National Talent Acquisition Director at Cornerstone Home Lending on August 3rd  2016  at Prestonwood Country Club.

Tom will be speaking at LinkedIn Talent Connect in Las Vegas and would enjoy sharing his presentation first with the DFW Recruiters Network.

The topic will be on building trust with both the candidate and client.

Dating back to the beginning of time, Recruiting has always been about that one key aspect at its core.  Without it, professional recruiters can only hope to have a mild modicum of success.  With it, recruiters can truly make positive differences in the lives of those around them and achieve wild career success.  This belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, and effective is, of course, hard earned.  It’s not something readily given away.  It isn’t earned quickly.

Tom covers how to approach candidates and clients in the right way… from the beginning… to help lay the foundation for trust.  And I cover how to keep that trust!

Tom Lott ran the Talent Acquisition at JPMorgan Chase for both their Mortgage and Retail Banking companies.  While at Chase, he created their first internal agency and sourcing group.  Tom also ran Talent Acquisition for PNC Bank’s Mortgage and Corporate/Institutional Bank out of Chicago.  At PNC, he created their TA function from scratch for their Mortgage company.  In addition, he has run Wells Fargo’s Home Mortgage TA function where he relocated back to Dallas and moved to KornFerry / Futurestep and ran their RPO’s largest US account for ADT Security Systems.
