Mike Johnson will discuss how with shocking speed, sourcing has transformed into marketing, while tracking applicants has become a game of social and mobile collaboration between virtual hiring teams. Mike is responsible for global sales at SmartRecruiters. Prior to SmartRecruiters, Mike ran US sales and operations at Avature where he was instrumental to the company’s rapid growth from 2008-2014. Prior to Avature, Mike held multiple senior sales management positions at HotJobs.com, which had a successful IPO in 1999 and was eventually acquired by Yahoo! in 2002 for $440M. Mike has a BA from Syracuse University.
