· Behavioral Interviewing
· Using Company Culture and Values to Make or Break a Hire
· And ‘Get a Grip’ with Your Hiring Managers!
Employee engagement is critical in today’s talent world. With a lousy job market, people are less willing to change jobs; therefore, some of your employees are ‘sticking around’ but are they truly productive and engaged in their jobs?
For high productivity and performance, organizations are looking for higher levels of engagement and commitment from their people. But did the right match of values and attitudes (and culture) happen when hiring decisions were first made? Tough questions for today’s tough business world.
When incorporated as a true hiring & selection strategy (not just an interviewing technique), behavioral interviewing can give you the best chance to match a candidate’s attitude, motivation, values, and skills to perform a selected role at a high level. Joe will share practical ideas how to build a BI Strategy, and how to help your hiring managers’ increase their interviewing and selection effectiveness (90% of them need the help!).
Joe Sommers, Managing Partner for See Clearly Consulting, assists organizations to increase their talent management effectiveness, performance management goals and strategy by incorporating Culture & Values.
