    JP Energy is currently recruiting for a Division Recruiter in our Irving, TX office.

    The Divisional Recruiter role is responsible for the overall recruitment efforts for the Crude Oil Division, as well as corporate positions, designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support the growth of the business unit. 

    •·        Build and maintain strong programs to ensure a robust pipeline of diverse candidates and hires. Perform as a brand ambassador for JPE. Ensure external employment presence and social media strategies align with corporate brand direction. 

    •·        Recruiter will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to help determine sourcing strategy, obtain position requirements and compensation as well as ensuring that job descriptions are updated and discuss job Develop and implement training and coaching for hiring managers in the organization on the hiring process. 

    •·        Analyze and project the talent requirements of a business segment. Develop the necessary talent pipelines to ensure future staffing requirements are met.

     

    •·        Develop execution plans to meet the hiring plan, balancing internal resources, contractors, and supporting the efforts with appropriate infrastructure and capability. 

       

    The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:

    •·        DOT Experience a plus

    •·        Track record of successful corporate recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs.

    •·        Demonstrated experience with advanced sourcing techniques, networks, methodologies, use of technology, college and technical school recruiting, and internship programs.

    •·        Successful record of success partnering with key business leaders in staffing or business related items. 

    •·        Experience with developing corporate recruiting metrics and making data based decisions.

    •·        Experience leading project teams and managing staffing related projects in a corporate environment.

    Perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Contract HR Recruiters - Road Warriors wanted

    Our customer, located north of downtown Fort Worth, is looking for 5 Recruiters.

    • Travel system-wide to conduct Hiring events that includes: Company Overview, Job Overview, Interviews and making selection recommendations. • Must be willing to travel 2-3 days a week approx. 3 wks per month (some travel may be combined to where contractor is traveling 5 days in one week but not the following week)

    Requirements:

    • Requires 3 - 5 years of professional human resources experience. Prefer professional HR certification, such as one or more of the following: PHR, SPHR, IPMA - CP, CBP, CCP, or CEBS. Note: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered toward meeting these first two qualifications
    • Excellent computer skills required, including experience with MS Office suite software, and with HRIS systems, including data input.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be an effective listener, and must have effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills and must be a good problem solver
    • Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality
