    Virtual Recruiter/Sourcer

    Opportunity for an offsite Recruiter/Sourcer that can work remote and is available 20-25 hours a week.

     

    Ideal candidate will assist with the timely and effective sourcing of active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill contract and full-time positions in the technology and creative industry.  This is accomplished by using creative and innovative strategies and techniques to identify, pre-qualify and attract experienced talent.  You would also work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build a pipeline of technology and creative talent to meet current and future business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Partner with leadership team to develop a clear understanding of talent needs and requirements

     

    • Source and attract active and passive candidates through the use and development of innovative
      sourcing strategies and research techniques including: referral generation, Boolean searches, social media, direct sourcing/cold calling, networking groups, professional associations, target companies, internal databases,
      etc.

     

    • Perform in-depth resume analysis and initiate contact with candidates to discuss their current employment status,
      availability and other pertinent  information in order to effectively pre-qualify candidates' skills
      and interest in current or future positions
    • Support and influence the attraction of a diverse candidate pool while ensuring a
      positive candidate experience  
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of diverse talent
          

    Experiences We Value/Job Requirements

    · Demonstrated successful experience doing proactive sourcing

    · Strong knowledge of tools, techniques and resources for
    identifying passive candidates

    · 5+ years of related recruiting/sourcing experience

    · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

    · Experience working with applicant tracking systems
