Douglas is Managing Director for Staff Perm and has 20 years of experience in the staffing and project solutions market with responsibility for talent generation, training, recruiting and management. He has led teams of up to 20 recruiters supporting both I.T. technical and non-technical clients. Mr. Roark has held several roles within DFWTRN as a Social Media Committee Member, Social Media Board member and Vice President.
David Jaramillo is an experienced recruiting professional with over ten years in the Recruiting industry, from agency to in-house corporate recruiting. He’s been fortunate to oversee talented Rockstar recruiting teams from SCUSA, Comsys, Manpower Professional and Compuware supporting recruiting for areas in IT, HR, Finance, Accounting and Sales. He has been a member of the LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter Expert program, and has Recruiting and HCM systems experience in OpenHire, iCIMS, PeopleClick, Peoplesoft, Workday and ZipRecruiter. Loves to lead by example, working smarter not harder through referrals, Boolean searches, networking and social media. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and Masters from TCU, and also a member of NSHMBA (Natl Society of Hispanic MBAs).
Jim Brown - DFWTRN Treasurer
Jim received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been a member of DFWTRN since 2000 and has been on the board since 2007. Jim is very active in the community and also provides counseling for families and children in need. Jim strives to develop his staff while encouraging meaningful relationships with all those that work with him.

Social Media Program Manager • Intuit
Gail is a graduate of Texas A&M and is currently a Senior Product Management Recruiter at Intuit and the manager of the University Sourcing Team. She has run Intuit’s Social Media Program in the past and was the voice of Intuit Careers on sites like Twitter and Facebook. She has more than 20 years in the recruiting industry, both corporate and agency. She has spoken at SourceCon, Recruiting Trends and TalentNet. She is the co-lead of the Stonebriar Career Transition Workshop and speaks are various applicant networking groups in the DFW area. She has received numerous awards during her career including Intuit Leaderboard – 2013-2017, Circle of Stars 2008, Trim the Sails 2007, DFWTRN/Monster Recruiter of the Year 2003, EDS Senior Recruiter Award and the Figment Award for Creativity in Sourcing. In addition, Gail served as the VP of the DFW TRN for over 8 years and was the President of the SWHT Recruiter Coop for 4 years.
Talent Acquisition Manager • Frito-Lay/PepsiCo
Jim is a DFWTRN Board member with over fifteen years of recruiting experience. He has worked on both the agency and corporate side of the business for such companies as Management Recruiters and Perot Systems. For the past eight years, Jim has been in recruiting with PepsiCo and is presently the Talent Acquisition Manager for Frito-Lay Marketing and Sales. Jim is also the 2007 DFWTRN Corporate Recruiter of the Year.
Judy Reynolds - DFWTRN LinkedIn Manager
Judy has spent nearly 25 years in HR & Recruiting. The majority of her recruiting career has been within the IT & Telecom industries supporting such companies as Siemens, Ericsson, Goodman Networks, CompuCom, Securus Technologies, Accenture, Celanese, Hewlett Packard, DoD, Federal Reserve Bank, Bank of America, AT&T along with PepsiCo to name a few on both the corporate and agency sides. Currently Judy recruits for an agency supporting all industries and business units. Judy also has also volunteered her time co-moderating a group in Lewisville for the unemployed, and in Double Oak at http://www.crossroadsbible.org/community.asp along with Women for Hire job fairs http://womenforhire.com/, JobAngel job fair www.jobangles.org through DFWTRN and Career Care and 5 years of assisting in interviewing approx. 300 undergraduates at Neeley School of Business at TCU. Judy also serves on the board with DFWSMA www.dfwsma.org . Her passion is to assist in getting the great people of this great country gainfully employed again.

Ed is currently the Recruiting Coordinator for MDI Group. Ed ‘s background includes over 15 years of IT recruiting and has helped open offices in Orange County, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO and Dallas, TX. Ed’s focus is around contract, contract to hire and Direct Hire for Application Development, Business Intelligence/ETL, Database Development/Administration, and ERP/CRM skill sets. Ed attained his Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Psychology from Arizona State University, where he played soccer and continues to play today!

As a recruiter and a marketer, Jim provides corporate training to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, and marketing. Prior to starting his first social media company in 2006, Jim was a top performer as an Account Executive for national staffing firms. Jim is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and currently lives in Dallas.

Heather Keel has over 15 years in the recruiting and staffing experience in both the agency and corporate setting. She has handled professional level recruitment across commercial, military, supply chain and IT operations and is considered an authority and consultant in her field. Heather has recruited on all levels from warehouse to C-level. She believes the recruiting field is about relationship building and giving back to her network. Originally from Arkansas she attended the University of Central Arkansas and studied Speech/Mass Communication with a Minor in Journalism. She has been recruiting in the DFW market for over 10 Years. Her personal goal is to make people understand the importance of good recruiting and help clean up the name of the industry that has been marred by bad recruiters. As a DFWTRN Board member she continually supports the advancement, training and education for our members.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology from Texas Tech University. Immediately after graduation, she began her recruiting career with one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the United States. Sara went on to become a Field Recruiter for one of the largest beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, where she specialized in non-exempt recruitment for multiple Market Units in Memphis/Little Rock, West Texas and, most recently, Dallas/Fort Worth. Currently, Sara is a Recruiter at High Profile Staffing, and specializes in Human Resources placements. In addition to 10 years of experience, Sara has also obtained her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) certification.
